I was deeply saddened to hear that JR had passed. JR was always on the Lookout for his friends in Blue. I can’t count the times I have pulled over and or turned around to stop and talk to JR. He was always a blessing to talk with. He knew every officers radio number and was a friend to everyone and especially his officers. I always called him “CHIEF” and will always remember him as CHIEF.
Please don’t consider this a loss because you know right where CHIEF is.
